Born from a personal journey of healing.

As a lifelong athlete and triathlete, founder Kevin Corbett never expected to face a severe health crisis during the pandemic that left him struggling with chronic pain and limited mobility. After countless doctor visits, tests, and medications, a neurologist introduced him to alternative therapies including cold exposure, breathwork, infrared light therapy, meditation, and recovery-focused wellness practices.

Through years of consistent dedication and guidance from his medical team, Kevin experienced a remarkable transformation and was able to reclaim his health. Inspired by the impact these therapies had on his life, Kevin and his wife opened ThermoDynamic Health in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, to help others discover the power of natural recovery and wellness.

Since opening in September 2025, TDH has provided advanced therapies designed to support recovery, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, promote cellular health, and enhance overall well-being. Our services include cryotherapy, cold plunge, infrared sauna, red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, compression therapy, and Power Plate technology.

At TDH, we believe wellness should be accessible to everyone. Our ADA-compliant facility welcomes individuals of all ages and abilities, and we proudly support our community through discounts for seniors, military members, and first responders, while donating a portion of our profits to charitable causes.
